Ankpa State Constituency: 8 SANs To Appear For Substituted Physically Challenge APC Candidate, Solicits Financial Support

Aduku Emmanuel, Kogi State House of Assembly physically challenged candidate for Ankpa 1 constituency has called on Nigerians to come to his aid as the date for his court hearing draws close.

The politician who emerged as choice candidate in the party primaries made the appeal to men of goodwill who can support him with prayers, even as he called on lawyers who are ready to take up the case pro bono to come to his aid by joining other Senior Advocates of Nigeria (SANs) who are on ground for the hearing.

Earlier, INN had reported that the physically challenged Aduku who emerged winner at the Kogi State House of Assembly Ankpa 1 constituency primaries which took place on 26th of May 2022 was fraudulently replaced by the second runner up.

The aggrieved politician has since sent out a rallying cry calling on Nigerians to come to his aid even as he thanked Gov. Yahaya Bello for giving him the enabling environment to win the primaries. He described the Governor as a man for youth and women with disabilities.

He says he remains grateful to God and Excellency for his good work despite the maneuverings of  desperate politicians who wants to tarnish the Governor’s good works.

INN gathered that the court hearing will come up on the 18th of the month.

“These people see me as someone who can not challenge them, physically, financially and other wise. That is why they are doing this to me”, says Aduku.

The physically challenged Aduku was given Automatic waiver by his Excellency, Alhaji Yahaya Bello on May 25th, at stakeholders meeting in Sheraton hotel, Abuja.
