Lois Auta-Udonkanta is a diversity and Inclusion Expert for over a decade, Local and Global Disability Advocate, Human Rights Defender, Global Citizen, Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum, Mandela Washington Fellow, Ashoka Changemaker Scholar and a Conscious Politician.
She is the founder of Cedar Seed Foundation, Network of Women with Disabilities, E-Ability Platform, Women on Wheels Multipurpose Cooperative Society and Disabled People in Leadership Initiative. She was part of Vision 20:2020 Nigeria’s economic goals.

Lois Auta is presently a member of Nigeria’s Medium-Term Development Plan (2021 -2025) and Nigeria’s Agenda 2050. She sits on different boards of trustees as a member and chair.
She is also a member of the technical committee on private sector for Nigeria’s Honourable Minister of Women Affairs, H.E. Dame Pauline Tallen. Lois has placed Nigeria on the global map several times and she is a woman of many firsts. She is an award winner locally and globally. She is a polio survivor and a woman with multiple abilities who inspires the world. Lois is from Kaduna State.
