State Development: Former Emir, Sanusi Lamido Commends Gombe State Government

Former Emir of Kano State, HRH Mohammadu Sanusi Lamido Sanusi has applauded Gombe State Governor, Alhaji Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya for his diligent efforts in moving Gombe State forward. Meanwhile, he commended the Governor for trying to move the state to be the leading state in the North Eastern Region in terms of development.

Sanusi further encouraged the Governor to intensify development drives, especially in the agricultural sectors and rural communities by providing access to social amenities.

The Gombe State Commissioner for Agriculture and Animal Husbandry, Hon. Mohammed Magaji Gettado, revealed this after a recent meeting with the former Emir at the Maulid of Shehu Ibrahim Inyass, Sokoto state.

The Maulid, INN learnt, is held annually.

A number of issues were discussed by both men during the program, this includes but not limited to the Tijjaniyyah sect, Economic and World development etc

The commisioner prayed for the success of the Governor, desiring him the guidance and protection of Allah.
