Former Disability Agency Chairman lauds Bauchi First Lady for Renovation of Special Education Centre

The Former chairman of Bauchi state agency for persons with disability, Ibrahim Mohammed, has expressed his utmost elation over the various interventions made by the First Lady of Bauchi State, Hajiya Aisha Bala Mohammed, in improving education in the state.

Ibrahim Mohammed made this known while interacting with INN correspondent in a telephone conversation, he applauded the recent renovation of the Special Education Centre Yelwa.

Mohammed conveyed his appreciation on behalf of disability in Bauchi to the First Lady, Aisha Bala Mohammed’s various interventions, with special recognition given to her recent act of renovating the Special Education Centre, Yelwa. “Hajiya Aisha’s commitment to education in Bauchi State is evident through her numerous initiatives.

The renovation of the Special Education Centre Yelwa is just one example of her dedication to improving educational facilities. This act not only demonstrates her concern for the welfare of students with special needs but also showcases her understanding of the importance of inclusive education,” He said.

He said this reflected on Hajiya Bala Mohammed’s consistent efforts in education development in Bauchi State, noting her advocacy for increased access to quality education for all children, regardless of their socioeconomic background.

“Hajiya Aisha’s commitment to improving education in Bauchi State is commendable. Her various interventions, including the renovation of the Special Education Centre Yelwa and scholarships for deserving students, have had a significant impact on the education sector,” he added.
