Deaf man wearing a sunglasses and a mask appear to post a threat on Facebook promising to shoot up or slit throats of deaf people in Brazil while declaring his support for ISIS.
The man, who was later identified as “Diego Cesar Brazil” on his Facebook account appears to sign “Brazil” as the country he will post the threat but it’s yet to be confirmed if the information is anything to be believed.
The video seems to look like a prank but sometimes pranks could end up being a serious threat to a nation if it’s not taken seriously. The news has been reported to FBI for immediate investigation at the time of this writing.
A Facebook user, Rose Moreira from Rio, Brazil claims that she knows the person and that the attempted terrorist is from Rio Brazil and can be dramatic at times. She has translated the signed information as transcript below
