The Centre for Citizens with Disabilities (CCD) has congratulated its Founding Executive Director, Dr. David Obinna Anyaele, on the successful completion and conferment of a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Political Science (Law and Diplomacy) from Babcock University, Ilishan-Remo, Ogun State.
In a statement signed by the Acting Director of CCD, Godwin Unumeri, the organisation described the achievement as a testament to Dr. Anyaele’s dedication to academic excellence, leadership, and service. It noted that the milestone reflects his unwavering commitment to advancing the rights, dignity, and inclusion of persons with disabilities and their families.
