While congratulating beneficiaries of the humanitarian gesture, Thompson noted that “there is no nation that can develop without carrying their vulnerable people along, with a system in place for proper implementation of disability laws, best practices and effective implementation of PWDs treaties.

She went on, “It is time to remove every barrier confronting PWDs and change the system, we should tackle the menace posed by obstruction of justice in order to enable these people contribute their quota to Nation building and live dignified lives.”

Ellen thanked those who prioritized welfare of PWDs in the state, adding that, this signifies a giant stride and clear demonstration of love towards PWDs and other vulnerable groups in Benue State.
