Breaking: Gov Willie Obiano swears-in blind lawyer

The governor of Anambra State, His Execellency, Chief Willie Obiano, has sworn-in blind lawyer, Barrister Chukwuka Ezewuzie as the Special Adviser to the governor on Disability Matters.

Barr Ezewuzie who is visually impaired is a legal practitioner based in the State Of Massachusetts, USA, for 29 years.

Recall that Gov. Obiano had earlier appointed Barr Ezewuzie as special adviser on disability matters verbally on the 16th of September, 2019 during the state executive council meeting at the government house in Awka, Anambra state.

The elevation by the Governor came after a special presentation by a community of persons with disabilities, to the Executive council members.

Governor Obiano promised that Barrister Ezewuzie will be sworn-in by the next Executive council meeting with immediate effect.

As promised, the governor has made good his words by swearing in Barr Ezewuzie as special adviser to the governor on disability matters on September 30, 2019.

Congratulations to Anambra state community of persons with disabilities and Barr Ezewuzie.
