Olorunda Deaf Support Group has endorsed the current Chairman of Olorunda Local Council Development Area, LCDA, Hon. Samson Folorunso Olatunde who is seeking second term in office.
In a short and precise remarks remarked by it’s leader, Kehinde Akewusola, he said ” Olorunda Deaf Support Group have endorsed you and agreed to vote you for second term as Executive Chairman of our Olorunda LCDA”
“We are about 150 members, though some of us can’t read and write. We use sign language to communicate with all of them.
“We are Executive members present here to see you sir.
“We promise to mobilize our members for the APC Primary Election, which shall hold on Saturday the 29th of May, 2021.”

In an appreciative remark by the Council Mayor, he expressed his sincere appreciation to every person with disability in the LCDA for their timely concern and support for his second term ambition as the Executive Chairman of Olorunda LCDA.
The Council Mayor however stressed the need to associate with every person with disability in the society. He noted that people with disabilities should not be dissociated from as they have a lot of sound and good things to offer our society.
He further noted that, the more every special person with disabilities is treated with hostility, the worse the human society tends to lose special gifts disabled persons are endowed with.
The Chairman however drew all attention to the APC-Primary Election that shall be conducted on Saturday 29th of May. He appealed that every person should endeavor to be part and parcel of this exercise as it is very significant to his re-election.
The meeting was brought to a close by the presentation of banner to the Council Mayor as a symbol of official endorsement by Deaf Support Group in Olorunda LCDA, Badagry.
