BBSI Donates Food Items To Children With Special Needs.

Blue Baby Support Initiative has given out food items to Special Needs students of Modupe Cole Memorial Child Care and Treatment Home School, Akoka Lagos State, Nigeria.

The items, donated on Friday, 4th June included food stuffs, toiletries, cleaning materials, drinks, pampers e.t.c.

The founder, Aisha Dania Ogieriakhi, in a statement made available to Inclusive News Network, said “our team of volunteers were well received by the management and staff of the school and it is still a season of celebrating our children!”

According to Oghierakhi, apart from donating to needs of the children, the group is determined to continue supporting children with real life challenges who need care, love and support.

The philanthropist was quoted as saying: “Whatever you do for self is temporary but that which is done for Humanity lasts forever.”

Continuing, Ogieriakhi added: “No better way to mark 2021 Children’s day without standing in the gap for our adorables as our little way of preaching Inclusion.

“It was another great moment to connect with the kids and to share the message of self acceptance to boost their confidence to live beyond their special abilities.

“We also want to thank all our partners for making this year outreach a huge success.

“Together we will continue to stand for the rights of every child to live beyond denial and to have access to equality.” she said.
