Jalingo, Taraba State – The APC Taraba Deaf Support Group has expressed deep appreciation to Senator Sani Abubakar Danladi, a Board of Trustees (BOT) member of the Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFUND), for his recent Ramadan support to the deaf community in the state.

In a statement signed by Rabiu Mohammed Adamu on behalf of the group, the members acknowledged the gesture, which they described as timely and impactful in easing the hardship faced by many during the holy month of Ramadan.

“Our members have received the Ramadan gesture distributed yesterday. This kind of support is highly commendable as it will help reduce the suffering of our members in this blessed month,” the statement read.

The group also extended prayers for Senator Danladi and the Federal Government, asking for divine blessings and rewards for their thoughtfulness in including persons with disabilities in their outreach programs.

“We pray that Almighty Allah, in His infinite mercy and wisdom, rewards you and the Federal Government abundantly for finding us worthy of this support,” the statement concluded.

The Ramadan gesture is part of ongoing efforts by leaders and organizations to support vulnerable groups during the fasting period, ensuring that no one is left behind in the spirit of kindness and generosity.
