A Non-profit and Non-governmental organization in Gombe state, Gombe Asuba Fitness Club and Gombe Fitness and Less-privileged club have donated items to the pupils of special education centre Gombe.
The items, according to the coordinator of the NGO Mr Mustapha Zakari, include food items, toiletries, school uniforms for 100 pupils, medical supplies and cash.
However, after the donation the coordinator of the organization decided to take breakfast with the pupils of the school so as to motivate them and make them feel special.
Mr Zakari added that the aims of their NGO among others, include giving back to the society. He added that those kids deserve everyone’s kindness.
Meanwhile the head of the school appreciated the organization for its kind gesture toward special pupils and urged them to continue to support the school whenever the need arise.
