A non-governmental organisation, Wise Foundation, has donated food items and cash to orphanage homes as well as persons with disabilities in Edo State.
Presenting the items in Benin, the foundation’s chief executive officer, Mr. Wisdom Ofoughe, said his decision to put smiles on the faces of less privileged people and the physically challenged was part of his contribution to ameliorating their plight.
He said giving back to society, especially assisting the less privileged, has become part of his yearly birthday celebration, which comes every June 30th.
