The board Chairman of Kogi State Office for Disability Affairs (KOSODA), Hon. Arome Ibrahim has felicitated with Muslim faithful on the joyous occasion of this year’s Eid-el-Kabir celebration.
The chairman says “as a Christian the norm is to share in one’s religious occasion for the love of God neither start nor end from either of them.”
In his celebratory statement, he said, “I believe in Islam. I believe I’m celebrating with a religion that believes all religions are one”.
“Islam is a religion of peace and love and I wish that the love be extended to the less privileged as this is the season of love-sharing.
He also urges Nigerians to use this period of Eid to pray for the peace, development and sustainability of the country as recent developments have continued to divide the country.
