Advocate for Disability Inclusion Initiative, ADII in collaboration with National University Association of Hearing Impaired Students, (NUAHIS) University of Jos has organized a series seminar for Deaf Female Students of University of Jos.
Executive Director of ADII, Hadiza Kasimu Daret disclosed this in a statement revealing its activities in the northern part of the country.
Mrs.Daret, in her remarks, said part of organizing the event was to serve humanity. The event focused on many aspects of female students’ living standards, their fundamental human rights, private lives and violence being perpetrated against them.

Three speakers shared their experiences during the sessions and their professional presentations had great impacts on these students who looked remorseful and pleaded for continuation of the initiative from time to time to help them learn, adapt properly and change their perceptions and fortunes into a more productive and godly one.
The President of NUAHIS Mr. Damian A. Fenan, thanked ADII for the partnership in organizing this life changing event for female students under his watch. He noted that such a program was long overdue.
The NUAHIS president appreciated the various speakers for their brilliant and impactful presentations. He desired that such event be organized often as the female students were especially happy with the way this program turned out.
