In a press release signed by the NANS zone A Coordinator, Zakari Hashim and sent to Inclusive News, he condemned the plan of the management of Kaduna Polytechnic to constitute new caretaker committee for Students Union Government of the institution against the earlier agreement reached last year.
He gave the institution ultimatum of 72 hours to rescind their plan and constitute an independent Electoral Committee that shall usher in democratically elected students leaders or face mass action.

The attention of NANS zone A leadership was drawn to a sinister plan by the management of Kaduna Polytechnic to constitute new caretaker committee for students union government of the institution.
This intended act totally undermine the earlier agreement reached last year, at the office of the then Kaduna Police Commissioner CP Ahmad Abdulrahman now Commissioner of Police Enugu state.
We wish to categorically affirm that this plan stand condemn and shall be resisted by the leadership of NANS zone A, while followers are expected to maintain decorum, leaders are also enshrined to honor agreement and meet up to expectations.
We hereby give the management of Kaduna Polytechnic an ultimatum of 72 hours to rescind their plan and constitute an independent Electoral Committee that shall usher in democratically elected students leaders or face mass action by NANS zone A .
On this note, we implore all zonal officials, JCC Chairmen of Kaduna, Kano, Jiagawa Katsina Axis to remain on alert for the brainstorming exercise.
