Persons with disabilities in Kogi state have congratulated Muhammed Abba Isa on his appointment as the Senior Special Assistant to the President of Nigeria, Bola Tinubu on Disability matters.
Comr. Yakubu Nazir Abdulhakeem, the president of Kogi Central Persons with Disability Association (KCPWDA) made the commendation in a statement signed by Publicity Secretary of the Association, Comr. Abdulkareem Ahmed Onimisi on Thursday.

INN reports that President, Bola Tinubu on Thursday, appointed Muhammed Abba Isa, a person with physical disability as Senior Special Assistant to the President on Disability matters.
