Aare Tolu Bankole, APC National Leader of Persons with Disabilities has assured that the group will work with the newly appointed Executive Secretary of the National Commission for Persons with Disabilities, Mr Ayuba Burki Gufwan, to ensure the rights and needs of persons with disabilities are prioritised and addressed.
Bankole gave the assurance in a statement he signed on Wednesday.
While extending heartfelt congratulations to Gufwan on his appointment by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu (GCFR), Bankole noted that his extensive experience, particularly in his role as the Executive Director of the Beautiful Gate Handicapped People Centre in Jos, and his academic credentials, including an LLB, have uniquely prepared him for this pivotal role.
