Katsina — As Governor Dikko Umar Radda marks his second anniversary in office, warm tributes are pouring in from across Katsina State, commending his administration’s commitment to development, security, and inclusive governance.
In a congratulatory message made available to Inclusive News on Thursday, Umar Jibril Bindawa, Special Assistant to the Governor on Disabled Matters, praised Governor Radda’s visionary leadership and the remarkable strides made within two years of his tenure.
“Your achievements in enhancing security, boosting agriculture, empowering youth, expanding educational opportunities, and improving healthcare facilities and infrastructure are truly commendable,” Hon. Bindawa stated.
He noted that the governor’s dedication has rekindled hope across the state and placed Katsina on a trajectory of lasting progress.
While celebrating the milestone, Bindawa also made a passionate appeal to Governor Radda to consider the establishment of the Katsina State Commission for Persons with Disabilities. He said this initiative would reflect the governor’s commitment to inclusivity and further ensure that no segment of society is left behind.
“I pray that Almighty Allah continues to guide and protect you, granting you wisdom and strength as you lead Katsina to greater heights,” he added.
Governor Radda, elected in 2023, has been widely acknowledged for prioritizing grassroots development and citizen welfare through targeted reforms across key sectors.
