… appoints Coordinators for Women with Disabilities Forum

APC Women with Disabilities Forum has begun grassroots mobilization of members for the 2023 general elections in the North Central region.

Convener and National Coordinator of the group, Madam Lois Auta, a visionary politician, founded this first of its kind support group within the APC for inclusion of women with disabilities in politics as the race to the 2023 elections gains momentum.

Auta, in her commitment to the cause for better political inclusion for Women with Disabilities had voluntarily resigned from some of the organizations she is involved in. She resigned with effect from August 29, 2022.

According to her, the decision was made to allow fuller devotion of time and effort towards the vision of seeing more Women with Disabilities actively involved in the political arena.
