A Senior Special Assistant on Special Needs, Mohammad Abba Isa, has congratulated President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on his 74th birthday, commending his administration for advancing disability inclusion and social equity across Nigeria.
In a goodwill message released on the occasion, Isa described the President’s leadership as “visionary and compassionate,” noting that inclusive governance under Tinubu has moved beyond rhetoric to tangible action. He emphasized that the administration has continued to position disability inclusion as a matter of fundamental rights and social justice, rather than charity.
The aide highlighted key milestones achieved under the current administration, including the appointment of a Senior Special Assistant on Disability Matters, the development of a national demographic database for Persons with Disabilities (PWDs), and the empowerment of thousands through the Renewed Hope Initiative. According to him, these efforts are laying the foundation for a society where all citizens, regardless of ability, have equal access to education, employment, and public life.
Isa further expressed appreciation for the opportunity to serve under the President, stating that the Renewed Hope Agenda is fostering accessibility, empowerment, and shared prosperity. He offered prayers for continued strength, wisdom, and good health for the President, while expressing confidence that his legacy of inclusive governance would endure for generations.
