SUN-TECH Prosthetic and Orthodotics Limited has signed a one year partnership with a Disability Advocate and an Amputee, Miss Aver Akighir as the ambassador of their brand.
SUN-TECH Prosthetics and Orthotics LTD is a Company that deals on customized Prosthetics such as above and below knee prosthetics, below and above elbow prosthetics, Transhumeral Prosthetics, Myoelectric hands and Mechanical hands, Silicone Prosthetics (silicone breast, eye, nose, ear, fingers and toes and Customized Orthotics such as Ankle foot orthotics, calipers, knee/ankle braces, spinal braces, neck collar, various corsets(LC, TLC, TLSC) and all disability supports (wheelchair, crutches, walking frame and cane).
Speaking during the signing of partnership , The Chairman and Founder of the Company, Prince Sunny Ukachukwu, while unveiling Miss Aver to the Press said that their choice of Aver Akighir was informed by her track record of hard work, integrity and ability to carry along other persons with disabilities.
Aver has been an inspiration to other young women like her and our little background check on her shows that she is of good character, responsible so we are engaging her to be our ambassador to project our brand.
“She found herself in this condition with the trauma that goes with it but she didn’t limit herself and she didn’t allow that to deter her from achieving her goals. She is still making a lot of impact in the society she found herself, she is bold with a lot of confidence.
Based on that we at SUN-TECH Orthotics and Prosthetics company, felt that she has all it takes to represent our image and to be our ambassador.
The Chairman of SUN-TECH stated that the Company was found to assist those who have lost their limbs or any other part of their body as a result of disease, trauma or wickedness of man from reckless drivers causing accidents or pogroms such as the terrorism.
Therefore, the Company decided to stand in the gap by partnering with them and after their interaction with a lot of people, Aver is spectacular among many, so the Company decided to engage her to project the brand.
Miss Aver Akighir while speaking to the press said that the appointment came as a surprise because she doesn’t think that she has done so much going by the accolades given to her By Chairman of the Company.

She promised to use the opportunity to better the lives of other amputees within the disability Community by ensuring that they get the useful information about prosthetics and get the right prosthetics through SUN-TECH.
