With the holy month of Ramadan approaching, charitable organizations are intensifying their efforts to support vulnerable groups, ensuring they experience the joy and blessings of the season. In this spirit, the Dr. Musa Babayo Foundation has extended a helping hand to persons with disabilities in Katagum Local Government Area, Bauchi State, by distributing cash gifts to ease their Ramadan preparations.
At the distribution event held on Monday at Dr. Musa Babayo’s residence, Alhaji Dahiru Abubakar Yawale, a representative of the foundation, reaffirmed the organization’s commitment to humanitarian service.
“This initiative is part of Dr. Musa Babayo’s ongoing efforts to bring smiles to the faces of orphans and the underprivileged, especially during significant periods like Ramadan. The welfare of women and children remains at the heart of our mission,” he stated.
Beneficiaries expressed deep appreciation for the gesture. Mallam Ahmad Madara, Chairman of the Katagum Deaf Association, acknowledged the foundation’s continued support, noting that the organization extends similar generosity every year. He prayed for Dr. Babayo’s success in all his endeavors.
Likewise, Maryam Aminu, Women Leader of the Katagum Deaf Association, expressed gratitude, praying that Almighty Allah rewards Dr. Babayo abundantly for his kindness.
INN reports that this act of kindness underscores the foundation’s dedication to making a meaningful impact in the lives of those facing challenges, reinforcing the essence of Ramadan—compassion, generosity, and solidarity.
