The Senior Special Assistant to the President on Special Needs and Equal Opportunities, Hon. Mohammed Abba Isa, has congratulated Dr. Bernard Muhammad Doro on his appointment as the Honourable Minister of Humanitarian and Poverty Reduction by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR.
In a congratulatory statement signed by his Director of Media and Communications, Mr. Lanre Oloyede, Hon. Abba Isa described Dr. Doro’s appointment as a reflection of President Tinubu’s unwavering commitment to inclusion and social equity.

Dr. Doro holds multiple degrees in Pharmacy, Law, Information Technology, and Advanced Clinical Practice from reputable institutions in Nigeria, the United Kingdom, and Spain. Prior to his appointment, he served as Financial Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC) United Kingdom Chapter, where he distinguished himself as a strategist and reform-driven leader.
