Delta State Governor, His Excellency, Sen. (Dr) Ifeanyi Okowa celebrated with persons with disabilities of various clusters at the Unity Hall, Government House, Asaba.
INN learnt, according to Delta State Association of the Deaf (DSAD) facebook information, that the State luncheon was unprecedented and the first of its kind in Delta State by any Governor. The Association lauded the indefatigable efforts of the Hon Commissioner for Women Affairs, Rev. Dr. Omatshola Williams, for her role in the event that took place , “she is one of the best commissioners ever.
