Ojodu LCDA Extends Healthcare Coverage To People With Disabilities

In a groundbreaking move towards inclusive and equitable healthcare, the Olusegun Odunmbaku administration in Ojodu LCDA, Lagos State, has implemented comprehensive health insurance scheme (ILERA EKO) for people with disabilities within the LCDA.

This initiative aims to address the unique healthcare needs of the vulnerable community of people with disabilities, ensuring they have access to quality medical services and necessary support by onboarding them to insurance programme provided for residents.

The Executive Chairman Of Ojodu LCDA, Hon Segun Odunmbaku, was commended by the Lagos State Leader of The Association of People With Disabilities, Mr. Lookman Salami, during a meeting of the Ojodu LCDA chapter for the initiative and his dedication towards promoting social inclusion and empowering people with disabilities.
