IDPD: Gov. Bala pledges more support for PWDs

The Bauchi state governor Senator Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed has said his administration will continue to support people with disabilities to enable them live a better life.

He was speaking when members of the Bauchi State Joint National Association of Persons with Disabilities (JONAPWD) stormed government house in commemoration of the International day of Persons with Disabilities in Bauchi, demanding inclusive governance.

The Bauchi state governor was represented by his principal private secretary, pharmacist Samaila Adamu Burga, the governor said his administration will continue to give free Education to persons with disabilities at the state owned tertiary institutions and requested for their continued support.

The Chairman Bauchi State Joint National Association of Persons with Disabilities (JONAPWD), Bulus Samaila Zuya appreciates governor Bala Mohammed for his unwavering support and called for more. He also pledged the association’s unalloyed loyalty and support.
