The Governor of Nasarawa State, Engr. Abdullahi A. Sule, has assured of his administration’s commitment to the welfare of the less privileged, and persons with disabilities (PWDs).
The governor gave the assurance while coordinating the distribution of social investment programme food outreach scheme for persons with disabilities and the vulnerable group in Nasarawa state.
Speaking on behalf of the governor, State APC Chairman, Hon Aliyu Bello, said Governor Sule has at six different times disbursed food packages to bring relief to the less privileged.
Bello expressed satisfaction with the leadership of President Ahmed Bola Tinubu and the Governor, stating that they are doing their best to support the less privileged in the society.
In addition, Bello commended the efforts of the first lady Senator Oluremi Tinubu, in providing support for people with disabilities. He expressed his heartfelt appreciation for her kind gesture towards the less privileged, describing it as a significant moment for the state.
