Governor of Plateau state, Barr. Caleb Mutfwang has approved the appointment of Dr. Lengnen Jurman as Executive Chairman, Plateau State Disability Rights Commission.
The appointment was disclosed in a press release by Mrs. Hassana Ayika, Permanent Secretary, Policy and General Services on behalf of the Secretary to the government of the state on Tuesday, sighted by Inclusive News Network (INN).
The statement said the appointments were with immediate effect and directed the appointees to report to the office of the Secretary to the Government of the State for further briefing.
Check by INN reveals that Dr. Lengnen Jurman is a lecturer at the Department of Special Education and Rehabilitation Sciences, University of Jos. He is Author of some disability related books.
