The chairman of Dukku Local Government Area (LGAs), Muhammad Adamu Waziri has appointed a deaf person, Hon. Hauwa Saidu as supervisory councilor Administration and Finance.
The appointment was disclosed in a letter dated May 2, 2024 and signed by Abubakar Hayatu on behalf of the chairman.
The appointment takes immediate effect according to the chairman.
The letter reads, ‘I am directed to write and convey approval for your appointment as supervisory councilor Administration and Finance.
“While it is the fervent belief of the Chairman that you will effectively handle the duties attached to your office; it is also hoped that you will accept the assurance of our highest and esteem regard.
“Your appointment takes effect immediately.
“On behalf of the Local Government Council and the Management accept our hearty congratulation for the well- deserved appointment and may the almighty Allah guide you in the course of discharging your duties, Amin.”
