The Gombe State Association of the Deaf (GOMSAD) which is an umbrella body of the entire deaf and hard-of-hearing people in Gombe State has been nominated for “Award of Excellence” by Ultimate Success.
In a statement signed by the Convener of Ultimate Success, Mr. Jerry Amwe and sent to the secretary-general of the GOMSAD Association, Mr.Yusuf Mohammed, the C.E.O began by saying, “We are pleased to inform you that GOMSAD has been nominated for an award of excellence to be held on 28/03/2020. Do invite all your members.Thanks.”
The award is expected to be presented to the Deaf Association GOMSAD on March 28, 2020, at National Library Hall, Gombe State.
Unfortunately, just like other organizations worldwide that are affected and had to close their day-to-day business activities due to the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19), INN learnt that the program and award presentation by Ultimate Success has been postponed till further notice.
