The Katsina State Governor RT Hon. Aminu Bello Masari has appointed Mr. Ya’u Rufa’i Zakka as his Senior Special Assistant (SSG) on Persons with Disabilities Matters.

In an appointment letter dated 5th November and signed by the Secretary to the Katsina State Government Mustapha Muhammad Inuwa, he said “I have the pleasure to convey the approval of His Excellency, The Governor of Katsina State Rt Hon. Aminu Bello Masari, CFR for your appointment as Senior Special Assistant (Disabled Matters).”
Katsina State is one of the several states that have appointed Special Assistant to Government on disability matters including the Federal Government. Kaduna joins states like Lagos, Anambra, Plateau, Kogi, Osun, Oyo, Ondo, Rivers, Akwa Ibom, Nasarawa among others in appointing a special assistant for persons with disabilities in their respective states.
