The instituted suit against the President of federal republic of Nigeria and The National Assembly, in the issue concerning the enforcement of the fundamental rights of PERSON WITH DISABILITIES (PWDs) in Nigeria, by Daniel Amachi Onwe Esq gains ground. INN reports.
Hearing resumed yesterday at the Federal High Court, Ikoyi, Lagos, before Hon. Justice Faji. Daniel Amaechi Onwe Esq., appeared in person while the 1st Respondent was represented by Mr Shitabay Esq., of the Federal Ministry of Justice.
Arguments and cross-examinations were concluded on the Preliminary Objection and the substantive suite.
The matter was therefter, adjourned till the 15th day of March, 2018 for judgement, INN observed.
