Nigeria has recorded new COVID-19 cases with the NCDC announcing 490 new cases of Coronavirus in Nigeria.
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) confirmed 490 new COVID-19 cases in a tweet on Tuesday evening, June, 16.
INN gathers that of the 490 COVID-19 cases recorded on Tuesday evening, 142 were detected in Lagos, Nigeria’s commercial city, FCT-60 Bayelsa-54 Rivers-39 Delta-37 Oyo-30 Kaduna-26 Imo-23 Enugu-19 Kwara-17 Gombe-11 Ondo-10 Bauchi-8 Ogun-7 Borno-6 Benue-1, North Central, Nigeria.
The NCDC tweeted: “490 new cases of #COVID19Nigeria; Lagos-142 FCT-60 Bayelsa-54 Rivers-39 Delta-37 Oyo-30 Kaduna-26 Imo-23 Enugu-19 Kwara-17 Gombe-11 Ondo-10 Bauchi-8 Ogun-7 Borno-6 Benue-1; 17,148 confirmed 5,623 discharged 455 deaths” the tweet added.
