Second Wave: Bauchi RUWASSA Donates Prevention Facilities To Special Needs Children.

The Bauchi State Rural Water supply and Sanitation Agency, (RUWASSA) alongside some dignitaries and Non Governmental Organizations(NGOs) were hosted by Special Education Centre, Bauchi when they visited the centre to donate facilities to be used by the special needs students of the school as protective measures against the spread of Covid-19.

The hygiene monitoring agency enlightened the students on some symptoms of COVID-19 such as fever, throat pain, coughing, headache etc and advised on keeping themselves safe from the deadly virus by engaging regular in hygiene, use of face mask, Social distancing, avoiding overcrowded areas, etc.

They thereafter gave out the facilities to the students to contain the spread of Covid19 in the school.

The principal of the school, in his vote of thanks called the attention of the State government, to as a matter of urgency, provide the school with the necessary facilities needed to boost the educational potentials of these special needs students. Meanwhile, he also thanked the State government for providing good drinking water to the school.
