NCPWD Present, Defend 2021 Budget At National Assembly.

Towing traditional path of the legislature, yesterday, the Executive Secretary, National Commission for Persons with Disabilities, Mr James D. Lalu along with other administrative staff of the Commission appeared before the National Assembly House Committee on Budget and Fiscal matters to defend the 2021 Federal Executive Council Budget Proposal.

Inclusive News Network gathered that the delegation was led by Hon. Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development, Hajiya Sadiya Umar Faruq who, afterward, made presentations on behalf of the Ministry. Meanwhile, Mr. Lalu delivered a presentation on behalf of the Commission.

The duo first presented the budget performance of 2020, after which formal Proposal for the coming year was tabled for consideration by the House Committee.

I have discovered that there is no report and coverage on issues affecting Cluster of Spinal Cord Injury Association of Nigeria (SCIAN). Not even recognizing the fact that Cluster is one out the six Clusters of JONAPWD. Please kindly update your coverage. Thanks
