The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control NCDC has reported 118 new COVID-19 cases in the new report released on twitter on Tuesday.
Lagos returned to the summit as it led with 41 cases, followed by Rivers with 19, Osun with 17 and Nasarawa with 13.
The rest are; Kaduna-5 Anambra-5 Edo-3 Ogun-3 Kwara-3 Ondo-3 Katsina-2 Niger-2 Plateau-1 Akwa Ibom-1
About 14 States were listed in the new figures. In Nigeria presently, the total of confirmed infected patients has risen to 59,583, a total of 51,308 persons discharged from isolation centres, and a total of 1,113 persons lost their lives to the COVID-19 pandemic.
