Plateau State Governor Simon Bako Lalong has appointed Hon. Ayuba Burki Gufwan, a Person with Disability, among his special advisers.
Dr. Makut Simon Machan, Director of Press & Public Affairs to the Governor disclosed this on Tuesday.
The Special Advisers, who are expected to add impetus to the Rescue Administration and governance of the State will be assigned portfolios and sworn in at a yet to be announced date.
Hon. Ayuba Burki Gufwan is founder of Beautiful Gate Handicapped People’s Centre Foundation. He has through his foundation donated several tricycles, wheelchairs and other items to people with physical disability amongst others.
