Yesterday’s report by the Nigerian Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) disclosed that Nigeria recorded 329 new COVID-19 cases on Friday, 14 August, 2020.
The new report means that about 21 states out of 36 had recorded cases of the COVID-19 infection. Lagos led the chart with more than 100 (113) new cases. Other States had less than 50 in the report.

The NCDC has confirmed that the total number of COVID-19 infection cases in Nigeria are 48,445, with 35,998 person discharged, 973 deaths were recorded so far.
