Nigeria reports 386 new cases of COVID-19, total Infections now 43,537

Nigeria reports 386 new cases in the new report shared via twitter by Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) on Saturday, 1st August 2020.

FCT leads in the number of new cases with 130 COVID-19 infections. Lagos for the first time has lower than 100 infections with 65 new cases.

Others are Ondo-37 Osun-29 Plateau-23 Rivers-15 Enugu-14 Nasarawa-12 Bayelsa-11 Ebonyi-11 Ekiti-9 Oyo-8 Edo-8 Abia-6 Ogun-3 Katsina-3 Imo-1 Adamawa-1

The NCDC also confirms that the total number of infections in the country is 43,537, number of discharged and deaths are 20,087 and 883 respectively.
