Private School Donates Medical Resources To Gombe Task Force On COVID-19

Pen Resource Academy Gombe has made donations of medical resources to Gombe COVID-19 Task-Force Committee to assist in the fight against the coronavirus (COVID-19) scourge in the State.

The School donated medical resources as part of its continuous support to the good people of Gombe State in protecting and toning down the COVID-19 pandemic in Nigeria and to compliment the efforts put in place by the Federal and State Governments respectively.

Speaking during the presentation of the donations on behalf of the Pen Resource Academy, Sani Jaura PhD. who was ably represented by the head of administration, Alh. Sale Lawan, said “it is imperative at the time like this for a well meaning citizens especially business men, groups as well as individuals to register their support to fight against this unseen but common enemy of the people”

Pen Resource Academy donated 200 pieces of hand sanitation, buckets and 50 cartons of sodium-hypo.
Chairman of the Gombe State Task Force committee on COVID-19, Professor Idris Muhammed has commended the management of the school for the kind gesture and promised to ensure proper utilisation of the items.
