FCT returns to summit as Nigeria records 126 new COVID-19 cases

Federal Capital Territory (FCT) has returned to the summit of the chart in the new COVID-19 cases released by Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) on Wednesday.

Lagos followed with 37 with Plateau coming third with 16.

Other states are Kaduna-9; Abia-7; Gombe-6; Ondo-6; Imo-5; Delta-2; Ekiti-2; Kwara-2; Oyo-2; Bauchi-1; Kano-1; Katsina-1; Ogun-1; Yobe-1.

17 States were listed in the new infections that sum up to 126 new cases.

The total number of confirmed patients in Nigeria were 56,604, while 47,872 were discharged from isolation centres, 1,091 deaths have been recorded so far.
