BREAKING: Nigeria Records 284 New COVID-19 Cases, See Breakdown For Each State

Nigeria has recorded new COVID-19 cases with the NCDC announcing 284 new cases of Coronavirus in Nigeria.

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) confirmed 284 new COVID-19 cases in a tweet on Wednesday evening, May 20.

INN gathers that of the 284 COVID-19 cases recorded on Wednesday evening, 199 were detected in Lagos, Nigeria’s commercial city, 26-Rivers 19-Oyo 8-FCT 8-Borno 7-Plateau 6-Jigawa 5-Kano 2-Abia 1-Ekiti 1-Delta 1-Kwara 1-Taraba North Eastern Nigeria.

The NCDC tweeted: “284 new cases of #COVID19; 199-Lagos 26-Rivers 19-Oyo 8-FCT 8-Borno 7-Plateau 6-Jigawa 5-Kano 2-Abia 1-Ekiti 1-Delta 1-Kwara 1-Taraba; 6677 cases of #COVID19 in Nigeria Discharged: 1840 Deaths: 200 ,” the tweet added.
